Development For Humanity

We foster and bring development through volunteerism and charity projects in deprived communities and improve society through empowerment and education.

We harness and hone the power to change society in our own small way with the belief that every individual deserves good education and basic health needs irrespective of their background.

– Quality and sustainability of projects.
– Value for projects and initiatives.
– Be an icon in global development.
– Express love for humanity.
– Mentoring leadership through volunteerism.

What We Do

Founded in October 2015 by Samuel Dzomeku, NeedBe Foundation started with donating clothes and helping deprived communities to make good decisions for development.
We aim to give the children and the youth a perspective and the chance to deploy their interests and use their talents for themselves and the community.
Through community events, we teach the locals simple methods to make life easier, prevent illnesses and create awareness about the importance of education. We aim to make a sustainable, long-term impact, over a longer time and empower a community to self-efficacy.

We are very passionate about building the capacity of the people to acquire skills such as bead making and cloth designing, amongst others which form part of our progressive plan. These skills will go a long way to make individuals more useful and add economic value to the society.

We aim to improve the quality of education and bring alternative ways to impart knowledge with the help and support of volunteers from all over the world by exposing the youth to different styles of learning and helping them gain confidence as they grow.
“Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world” – Nelson Mandela.

According to Goal 3 of the Sustainable Development Goals of UN, which refersto promoting well-being for all at all ages, we see this as a crucial need. One of our goals is to educate the people about main health related issues such as Menstrual Cycles, Malaria, Deworming etc.

We welcome tourists and anyone interested in voluntourism for a cultural experience while presenting a whole tropical encounter and advisory for tourism and tourism management – you get a view of mountains, waterfalls and more aspects of our rich heritage.
